We use sports to make oral health education fun for children.
- $5,000Citywide sponsor. Every 2027 camp across Chicago, plus our 2026 holiday camps, presented by you: the back of every shirt, the banner at every camp, all our flyers, posts and videos, and your logo and link first on our supporters list. One sponsor.
- $300Two camps. Your logo on the front of 200 shirts, under Community Collaboration. Three spaces left.
- $200Two camps. Your business name on the front of 200 shirts, in the line under the logos. Four names.
About a hundred shirts a camp, worn around the neighborhood long after the day. Neighborhood businesses go on the front, the citywide sponsor on the back.
